ORGANISATION

As a self-administered SICAV, the company takes its own investment decisions. The Board of Directors determines the strategy in terms of investment policy, and the Executive Management implements it. The expertise of all parties involved and lean structures are characteristic features of the organisation of Solo-PartnerShip SICAV. The latter is approved and supervised by FINMA, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority. Documents regarding the company (articles of incorporation, investment regulations, prospectus, etc.) can be found in the documents area. These documents are available exclusively in German.
